Sometimes, your client’s problem is the perfect solution. For this community college, the problem was a pejorative nickname. On the streets of Milwaukee, MATC had morphed into Milwaukee’s Alternative to College. Get it? Yeah, good one right? So, I flipped the script, embracing the “Alternative” jab into the face of our campaign. The headlines rolled out: The Alternative to Becoming the Office Dinosaur. The Alternative to Being replaced By Robots. The Alternative to Crushing Debt. Add some killer illustration, and VisionPoint had an award-winning campaign.
